2. Orders and Approval
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. Once an order is submitted, a proof (digital or physical) may be provided upon request. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs carefully. We are not liable for errors in artwork, spelling, color matching, or layout after approval has been received. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before the commencement of production unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method listed on our site. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees. Orders may be delayed or canceled due to non-payment.

4. Turnaround Time and Delivery
Turnaround times begin once final approval and payment have been received. While we strive to meet quoted delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, courier issues, equipment failure). We are not responsible for losses resulting from such delays.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and partial refunds may apply at our discretion. Customized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match approved specifications.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials submitted by the client must be owned by them or used with proper authorization. Instaprints.online is not responsible for verifying ownership and assumes no liability for copyright infringement. We reserve the right to refuse any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instaprints.online shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
