Due to the customized nature of printing services, every job is unique and made to client specifications. As such, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under specific conditions. If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or does not match the final approved proof in terms of specifications, materials, or printing quality, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. To qualify, the issue must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Since our products are custom-made for each client, we do not offer refunds for the following:

Errors in artwork, spelling, grammar, or design approved by the client.
Slight color variations due to screen-to-print differences.
Delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customer inaction.
Customer dissatisfaction with design after proof approval.
Orders canceled after production has started.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before production begins. If cancellation is requested after the printing process has started, only a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed and materials used. No refunds will be issued for completed orders.

4. Reprint Option
In cases where the error is clearly due to our fault, we may offer a complimentary reprint instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and client preference. We may request photos or the return of defective items to assess the problem and proceed with corrective action.
